Customer Satisfaction Study

MaRS has launched a series of customer satisfaction level monitors for a set of products and services. These yearly monitors are designed in association with The Hindustan Times, one of the leading newspaper chains in India. Findings of all the MaRS CSS are syndicated after the major findings are published in the newspaper.
